Payment

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

  • Online payment on the website: Fast and secure payment by card from any bank immediately when placing your order.
  • Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta): Payment upon receipt at the post office. This payment method requires a minimum prepayment:
    • Prepayment — 150 UAH.
    • You pay the remaining amount upon receipt. If you refuse the parcel, the prepayment is not refundable, as it covers the cost of transporting the order in both directions.

 

Delivery

We ship orders daily so that you receive your updates as quickly as possible.

1. Nova Poshta

  • Delivery time: 1–3 days.
  • Cost: according to the carrier's rates.
  • Terms: full payment or cash on delivery with a prepayment of 150 UAH.

2. Ukrposhta

  • Delivery time: 3–7 days.
  • Terms: shipment is carried out only on condition of 100% prepayment for the goods.

3. Pickup in Sheptytskyi

  • You can always try on and pick up your order at our offline stores: Sheptytskyi, 12 Hrushevsky Street (10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., seven days a week).
