Terms
Exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order (not including the day of purchase).
Conditions for return
We will accept the goods if they have retained their original appearance, namely:
- The goods have not been used and show no signs of use (stains, snags, perfume or washing powder odors).
- The goods have retained their marketable appearance, all labels, tags, and original packaging.
- A document confirming the purchase (receipt or Nova Poshta waybill) is available.
How to exchange or return an item?
- Contact us: Call 093-34-73-651 or write to us on Viber/Telegram.
- Sending goods: Send the goods by Nova Poshta. The manager will provide the shipping details during the consultation.
- Verification: After receipt, we will check the condition of the goods within 1-3 business days.
- Refund: We will refund the money to your bank card or send the goods for exchange.
Who pays for shipping?
- If the size or color does not suit you: Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- If a manufacturing defect or store error is found: We cover all shipping costs.
